By downloading or using NutriScan AI ("the App") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The service
NutriScan AI provides AI-assisted estimates of food nutrition based on photos. Results are approximate estimates and must not be treated as medical, dietary or professional advice.
2. Your account
You may sign in with email & password or with Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
Do not upload content that is illegal or harmful, or use the App in a way that infringes others' rights. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
4. Subscriptions
The App offers a free tier with limited scans and an optional premium subscription. Subscriptions renew until cancelled through your app store or the in-app cancel option.
5. Advertising
The free tier may display ads served by Google AdMob.
6. Data & deletion
Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account at Delete Account or delete only your stored data at Delete My Data.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for decisions made based on nutrition estimates.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
